   I'm extremely disappointed with Stockland Green Pharmacy's service. On multiple occasions, they've provided less medication than prescribed, which is alarming and unacceptable. When I brought this to their attention, I was told I had already collected the medications, which wasn't true. After asking them to double-check, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes, only to be informed that I could collect the remaining medication the next week. *Key Issues:* - *Inaccurate Medication Dispensing*: Receiving less medication than prescribed can have serious consequences for patients relying on these medications for their health. - *Poor Customer Service*: Being told I had already collected the medications without any investigation. - *Long Wait Times*: Waiting 30 minutes for a resolution that could have been easily addressed is unacceptable. *Rating:* 1/5 stars I expect a pharmacy to be accurate with my prescriptions and provide good customer service. Unfortunately, Stockland Green Pharmacy fell short in both areas.

   very bad experience with this surgery After I moved here, they didn't register me at first, but Registered me after a long time. And to this day, they still didn't get my treatment right.And to this day they still can't treat me properly Sometimes they don't get my test reports. I have been waiting for a long time. m still sick.

   Over the last 2 days I have telephoned approximately 30 pharmacies across Birmingham and last night, Stockland Green Pharmacy was my life saver. The only Pharmacy to have the medication I needed. The staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly. Thank you all for your hospitality. Will definitely be using you and recommending you to family and friends in the future. Thank you Tracey for looking after my dog while collecting my prescription. Thank you pharmacist for ordering more of my Metosyn ointment for next time.

   Never have enough staff to cope. Never ready with prescriptions. Never open on time and ready to serve people hardly ever got the stock they need. Spend more time chatting in the back and rude to customers.

   What a joke talk about care of duty went there with my prescription half hour before it closed and also got there some one was waking out with the meds but they stop me from getting mine and all I got was the security saying that her meds was for her to stop her having a fits With out asking me what my meds was for.. the place is a joke

   Worst pharmacy on planet earth They don't answer the phone Prescriptions are never ready on time Queues are always horrendous Staff just don't care and neither does their head office

   First of all they shouldn't even get 1 star. The staff are having a chit chat in the back and the queues are through the door. Was told my prescription will be at the pharmacy tomorrow but still gave them few more days to sort it out Went back and waited 40 minutes to be told one of the items hadn't been ordered. Staff are rude and ignorant .

   This chemist is terrible! Staff are rude and ridiculous waiting times!!! I only left 1 star to leave the review. They will have you wait 40 minutes to tell you that the item isn’t in stock then have the cheek to say “well we had one of your items in stock” I don’t know what that suppose to mean… tbh that’s quite rude to say and it wasn’t even the item what was important which was antibiotics for a teenager! The staff in there clearly do not like their job and it shows in their attitude!
