   I changed pharmacists after the fact Then they kept on getting things wrong or delayed or kept waiting too long to pick up something. I Was forced to go back to this pharmacist for dressings Gave them three or four days to get them in before I went back to collect them as they had none in at the time was told that they had given them away to somebody else And that they would have to reorder for me to collect the following day Haven't got a problem with counter staff It seems behind the counter I don't know what they're doing.

   Absolutely disgusted with the prices here a tiny bottle of medicine that I purchased previously for under £10 was nearly £20 I wouldn't mind but the bottle is no bigger than my finger. Then there was a little old lady in there needing medicine and was charged over £10 for a tiny box of 6 tablets it's absolutely disgusting. Not only that the waiting time to collect prescription is a joke when it's empty your waiting for 30 minutes when there's loads of staff in there.

   I went in feeling really stressed and the lady who helped me was amazing. She showed me options, gave great advice, and even reminded me about simple things like going for long walks and meditation that I’d completely forgotten in the moment. Her support helped me more than my phone consulatation with my GP, who did not even think to recommend the simple things. Just having that member of staff there at that time in the moment changed everything for me. Thank you so much to the wonderful lady on the 30 July 2025 I'm sorry I didn't get your name.

   If they spent more time on sorting the prescriptions out instead of chatting all time would bo ok. A prescription sent form doctors takes nearly 3 days toget ready joke.
