   Changed all the aisles around most of the items not together anymore ask a member of staff where something has been moved to and they don't know themselves place is a mess unfriendly staff on floor (not tills tills staff are nice and helpful)

   The Stand, Bootle. All the items and products have been moved around, and it's a nightmare. You have biscuits and the same isle as bleach. I won't be going into that branch again. In future, instead of telling your customers what they want, try asking us first.

   Terrible busy all day around. People inpatient, prices go up almost daily - like elsewhere -. Cheep and poor quality of products, sometimes you can find something good bargain though. Reducing plastic, but literally everything is plastic/ or covered with plastic.

   A discount retailer with plenty of bargain's. Even though I no longer need to seek out bargains, I still visit this place because the selection available here is second to none. Your 'Steve's' and 'Tracey's' can usually be round in the isles here before visiting the post office downstairs to cash in their giros.

   So many good things are cheap how ever it has a lack of stock in sale overall very clean. Service: 4/5 sometime long queues. Hygeine: 5/5 Very clean Helpfulness: 5/5 Brilliant. Stock: 4/5 So overall fantastic.

   Great shop. Friendly staff and prices are really low. I've been going here for several years. A young man, Stefan or Stephan, recently started working here. He always helps me and he is very nice and he is also handsome.

   Got my son a toy which had a loose button, it rattled compared to the others and clearly rattles more then the ones on the same toys which they had in stock. went to exchange with in ten mins of purchasing, they did not agree and were unbelievably rude refused an exchange but after almost arguing with 2 female members of staff they did give a refund. I was fine with this although it was very inconvenient when my 6m old started crying for his new toy which he no longer had. I took my money to Argos and replaced at a cheaper price. I will not shop here unless absolutely necessary again. It's a shame a few staff members let the rest of the team down the rest especially the younger ones are extremely helpful
