I’ve been using Brownhills Pharmacy for +10 years and have never had cause for complaint. The staff are friendly, polite and do their best to help. Even though I only go every few months to collect a repeat prescription they do remember me which nice. You can wait 10 mins when it’s busy but that’s a good opportunity to go to the library. Highly recommended - especially if your GP practice is in the same building.
Prescription This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!! The pharmacy had my prescription for 5 days and don’t will able get ready my prescription!!! And leave me without my medication for heart!!!!! The pharmacy need to take immediately action and doing the work properly!!!
Always a great service from friendly professional staff, my only gripe is that there is no Saturday opening like there was with the original High Street branch & the opening times can be a little restrictive 09:00-18:00 when you work out of the area.
Waste of your time collecting script here. Most day’s they confirm that they have the script but will not hand over at least till next day. If your lucky Queue is horrendous and slow. Customer service is how they perceive adequate for their employees only USE ANOTHER CHEMIST instead for rapid service
Terrible service. Prescriptions always late or forgotten. Staff seem unable to cope with the workload. Very poor management
