   Disappointing. Card payment was not working. Did bank transfer but the person was suspicious as if I have not transferred the money. His attitude was not respectful. I would not go there again.

   Disappointing - Says open till 11pm on Google even on Sundays. 111 sent meds for child so I drove 30mins with sick child arrived at 10:30pm shutters were down. Had to call 111 again to have prescription sent to closer pharmacy for next day. A waste of resources because someone couldn't update their opening hours for Sunday's or bank holidays

   I went to take my gp medication, there was one person,he was busy in phone, he kept me standing while talking in phone inside,and when I said I need to go to home for prayer, then he responded. Next day we went for same medication at 8pm. In Google map, they said it will be closed at 11pm, but they said to us it's closed. Not good at all. Don't respond and irresponsible, bad behaviour pharmacy. Don't recommend at all. Worst.

   Had a sign on window saying "back in 20 mins", an hour later he still wasn't back. Somebody buy him a watch please. Wasted a whole hour of my time for nothing. He should have just put a closed sign on the window and whenever he got back just reopen rather than have customers waiting outside. I wasn't the only person waiting.

   I have always had such a positive and friendly experience whilst using the pharmacy itself......the staff especially the manager (chief pharmacist)is a knowledgeable and professional character who is always in a cheerful mood (as far as I have experienced).....its a very comforting thing to know that your local pharmacist is a person who knows the local community and its people who additionally hail from a wide spectrum ethnically and his communication skills are second to none......I have always appreciated his discretion in relation to my personal needs and medication requirements........so as far as I am concerned.....pharmacist of the month (if not year lolol) are definitely deserving for this guy....thank you....MATTHEW NARAGHI.....
