   Another let down by a pharmacy appointment which has been properly booked. I'm disappointed in their performances too. I just want my COVID vaccination booster jab before I have my operation. Why is this happening to me, it's happening for all the wrong reasons. I'm shocked and I can't believe it and discussed about a suppose to be professional. You've been warned about their performances and let downs.............

   I visited Shah Pharmacy this evening I went in after almost 7 weeks to collect my prescription. I was quite shocked with the service I had received. First of all the pharmacist was outside the building smoking in front of patients and customers who were queued up to go in. Bad impression on the younger generation and has a bad affect on patients who are already vulnerable. Second the Pakistani girl at the till had a attitude problem, no mask ( even though being part of NHS ) they should be setting a good example, she had given my medicine from far as if I had a disease. Madam even though I had gloves on, mask on and sanitized my hands upon arrival even though the sanitizer had water in there. I would kindly request you to improve your service as previous generations at this pharmacy had a good name at this pharmacy and in the area.

   A nice family oriented pharmacy, kind, approachable staff, who are very helpful and most importantly knowledgeable, always put a resolve to my health problems and always get good advice and information. My questions are always answered. Friendly, and inviting atmosphere, they make efforts to help you and resolve the problem. I always go to shah pharmacy, they're my first choice. A shame they don't open for longer. All prescription medicines are available never have to come back to pick up another day due to no stocks or reordering. I gave 3 pharmacies closer to me but I prefer the service and go to shah chemist. 10/10 rating
