Fantastic service. Shahid took extra time and patience to remove difficult ear wax. Even came back (I was late) and he still saw me and treated me respectfully. His dedication proved fruitful and he removed lots!! My ears are like brand new. Thank you. A++
Since we moved to Burntwood 3 years ago I have had nothing but excellent service every time I have gone in with very helpful staff. This has been completely the opposite experience from my previous pharmacy. Well done to all.
My daughter was running a high fever, sore throat and rash this morning. After speaking to 111, I was sent to my local pharmacy. The pharmacist was excellent. He checked my daughters symptoms and was able to prescribe antibiotics for her to start immediately. Such excellent service, I cannot thank them enough.
Never answers phone then when you ring back user busy obviously checking my number out so is this the right contact number ??? Ended up picking my house bound dads prescription up myself I just turned up Apparently under new management hope they pull things together

This chemist is BRILLIANT, when I go for my prescription, no waiting, really fast service. WELL DONE.
Staff are always friendly and seem to get better answers from here than you do the receptionists from the doctors next door If you have any questions they are more than happy to help. When phoning they answer quickly (compared to doctors). This place is also good for general OTC medicines.
