I recently changed to Brown’s Pharmacy so far fantastic service. Prompt delivery service. Most pleasant staff when I have called them.
I walked in here looking for an eye cream and was met by a young female employee who told me she didn't know what cream I needed having researched online. She told me she was new and didn't have much experience.. yet then went on to try and diagnose my condition as excema! This was not the case and I argued with her however she insisted it was excema and to purchase a cream for that... however since seeing a GP it is a Chalazia, not excema! I have since had to be prescribed a steroid based cream. Staff here should not be trying to diagnose customer conditions especially when they are new and have no clue what they're doing. I will never return here based on the poor advise given.
A truly wonderful team. I changed my prescriptions to Browns about 12 months ago and it's the best decision I made in a long time. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are always pleasant to speak to and I can rely on them to get my prescriptions right - they also answer the phone every time, which can't be said for my previous pharmacy. The store is well-stocked and priced fairly, so I feel rather lucky to have them nearby. Thank you to the Browns team for everything you do!
Recently I had a prescription for an item that had been out of stock everywhere. I contacted Browns Pharmacy at Kings Norton, but they too were out if stock, but took my details and said they would call me when they had done in. True to their word, they called me telling me they had now had a delivery. An excellent, reliable and very friendly Pharmacy, will use again and again. Thank you Browns at Kings Norton. Mr A Walker

Absolutely superb service today. Lovely staff and very helpful. Lloyds had dropped the ball again. The lady on the till immediately offered help, the pharmacist then came to see ne too. Absolutely superb service. I've now moved chemists to Brown's.
Excellent friendly and efficient service. I was very impressed with the standard of service I received from the pharmacists and all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they all helped me to set up an on-line delivery account for my N.H.S. prescriptions. They answered all my queries in a knowlegable and efficient way. The resultant delivery of the items was speedy and again friendly. You won't find a better chemist.
Ordered stuff on 3rd September had to go over as I got no text. Collected myself on the 22nd . sep.. Items were there the next day after ordering... poor service and it's not the only time this has happened
Never has the item in stock which I need to collect. Always have to either go somewhere else. Or come back tomorrow with an ‘owing’ note. Returned this morning to pick up the item owed. Rang quarter of an hour before I came, to check it was there... still had to wait over 10 mins for it once I arrived.
