   Slow when I went in, they couldn't find my prescription. There was a loud roudy customer wasting their time so I had to wait even longer because her "taxi was cancelled" and ahe thought that abuse towards the pharmacists would make that better. I wish someone had kicked her out.

   Always great service. Recently used the pharmacy first service for my daughter. Was seen very quickly, assessment & antibiotics all within 20 mins. Highly recommended. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

   Never had a pharmacy that's so difficult to contact ... either one the staff use the phone for personal calls or they just unplug it... cuz its not even possible to be line busy for like 2 hour! Worse part is they aren't ment to close till 3pm... I can guarantee they have closed earlier .... pharmacy's a joke

   Their opening hours are horrendous. If you work a 9 to 5 job, you have to either rush straight there after work on the few days they are open until 6 pm (some days they close at 3 or 5), or you have only 3 hours on Saturday mornings to try and grab what you need. I tried to collect my prescription medication this afternoon and failed due to them being closed already. Now I'm going to run out over the weekend and I can't even buy it somewhere else since my GP sends the medication to this pharmacy.

   I was told by my doctor to get Buscopan from the pharmacist to relieve severe cramps after a stomach bug. This pharmacy told my husband it was prescription only which is utter nonsense as we’ve been able to get it from Boots no problem and it’s also available online from Lloyds. I’m pregnant and have been tremendously unwell. I want to support the community by using the local pharmacist instead of going to Boots but this just isn’t very good. It’s an over the counter product!

   Have been using this pharmacy for years. The friendliest of staff work here and they are thoughtful and empathetic when needed. It's a busy local pharmacy and I'm extremely grateful for the teams presence in Stirchley. They have helped me numerous times before and remember you upon arrival in a courteous and understanding way. The Manager is also very kind and friendly !

   The ladies who serve customers are amazing. The pharmacy and prescription side of this business isn't that great. Never have stable conditions repeat prescriptiobns in stock even though it's ordered every two months without fail. They can't do repeat prescription requests, even though other pharmacy's can. The only reason they have business is probably because they are next door to Ashtree surgery and it's one of the only pharmacy's in stirchley high street area. I personally believe they need some competition from another pharmacy to get better and get more services.
