Couldn’t recommend enough. I got my vitamin B jab from here leaving me feeling amazing. Staff are amazing and very knowledgeable, fantastic pharmacy.
Unbelievable experience … rang up today on behalf of a friend to see if I could call in for their regular medication and if it was ready to pick up. The girl who answered the phone asked me my name and I told her then she said sorry no medication here for you. I replied not me I’m ringing up on behalf of my friend an elderly man and gave his name again. Sorry she replied no medication here so I replied he gets it’s regular for years and gave address but she then asked my name again!! I said forget about my name it’s The name I gave you to which she replied the name is not coming up so I replied this is Pershore chemist ? The central one and she replied no so I said sorry my mistake and put the phone down. I was thinking I’d rang next door chemist instead but I hadn’t it was the correct chemist and called again for the same girl to answer I said this is the correct chemist! I said listen I don’t think you understand could I speak to your boss or someone else please but she said he’s busy or not there and I could hear him in the background. I gave the name again to ask someone else but she repeated that he’s not got medication there. I had to put the phone down in anger. Her English was bad and I know she couldn’t understand basic English but she wouldn’t even put anyone else on the phone to help me when I said he’s been getting his medication for years from the same chemist.
What a lovely pharmacy. Its becoming more and more rare to recieve top nothc service from places but these lot really looked after me. They went above and beyond to make sure I received what I needed. A big thank you to Basit the manager for all his help and the rest of the team.
Always received excellent service in this pharmacy. Basit and Hassan go the extra mile to help out their patients. Went in on the off chance one day as I couldn't get my medication at the one next door and now use this pharmacy as my regular pharmacist. The staff are extremely professional and always offer a check up when ever I go in. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends
I have never known a more unprofessional incompetent and cavalier medical establishment. Words fail me. My father is and 81 year old man on medications that are vital to not just physical but mental wellbeing. He is supposed to get a weekly delivery of his meds. On this occasion none were delivered. On calling and speaking to two different ppl ( after I was left hanging for 10 mins when I had to call again) was told it was being delivered yesterday 25.03.25 ... yes you guess no show. Had to again call today to be told the driver had been caught up in a technical problem which meant he couldn't deliver them ( I suppose they only have one driver for the entire service) it never occurred to them to contact my father and let him know as a courtesy god forbid they should deliver a decent customer service. The person I dealt with seemed to have one monologue I'm sorry I understand as if that was acceptable. Tried to pin him down on a time for delivery to which he asked if the address was an old one!!! I was mortified and alarmed as they have been delivery to my fathers new address for a long while. On stating this he had to look it up and contact the driver. The attitude was one of nonchalance. I had said that I would be changing the pharmacy as it's too far in anyplace. Response was but madam we deliver!!!! Cannot write my real thought at this point but needless to say I am very disapp
