   The pharmacist here is extremely rude. A crying child came in with distressed parents looking for help as a bee had stung him, he refused to look at them and told them to go to hospital if they wanted something. He spent 10 minutes behind the counter without addressing anyone and then demanded that I leave when I complained of his attitude. This is a grubby dingheole of a pharmacy and I advise you to avoid at all costs.

   Inefficient service. Came for an NHS consultation, the first pharmacist said that he has to ask the other pharmacist if they do the service. That took 10mins and then they say you need an appointment with them. The reason for pharmacyfirst was for a more efficient way to get a NHS consultation but it wasn't at this pharmacy.

   This place is not very friendly or welcoming when i entered this miserable place on a my 1st time visit around 5.30 pm a few weeks ago from this review. The girl behind the counter looked so disappointed in a judging way as i had a COVID mask on. That just turned me off right away. The Asian guy who maybe a Pakistani or Bengali with glasses on just kept smirking when I asked for a particular product which was out of stock. He showed absolutely NO professionalism or any consideration that i was a customer in need of help. I felt like saying something, but did NOT want to cause a scene. The shelves were stocked pretty well, prices and labels were too small to be read clearly. So I left disappointed with a horrendous experience. Will NOT be coming back here again even if a apology was offered. 1st time impressions count a lot where i stand from!

   I switched to Hyatt Pharmacy about two years ago, and I've never looked back. They are very courteous and polite. I usually phone them up to check on my medicines and they always help. Their extended opening times are great! And on top of that, they offer delivery! They've even delivered without prompting a few times when I didn't get around to going myself. This has been a lifesaver and extremely convenient. Thank you, Hyatt, your services are very, very appreciated.

   Hyatt has been my local pharmacy since 2009. All the staff and pharmacists are very helpful and polite. They always go that extra mile to arrange prescriptions or chase up the Drs surgery on your behalf. They have a good range of products and can order things if they are available, but not on display. They do home deliveries of prescriptions also, but I haven’t utilised this service. Just wanted to leave a review to say thank you for looking after me all these years. It’s appreciated.
