Joti went above and beyond for me, I had a yellow fever vaccine I needed to get for an emergency flight, and Joti calmed me down. Not only was she very professional but she explained all the things I needed to do, and arranged for the delivery of the said vaccine. I would highly recommend the pharmacy and their staff.
Usually they are excellent But they have been telling me my inhaler is not available and not available anywhere in Uk.. At the moment. My GP told me they are not telling me correct information. I took my prescription to another pharmacy and they had my inhaler in stock. Also the new man there wears a cap, trainers and a hoodie and does not look very professional. Someone should have a word with him about his appearance.

Attended today 24.10.2025, and what I witnessed was concerning… I have a chronic health condition that needs daily medication. My GP practitioner approved my repeated prescription on the 18th October; today I had my last tablet. Even though I did not get my text message from the pharmacy advising that my prescription was ready for collection I tried calling and emailing to let them know I would need my medication today, no answer. Left with no other choice I went to the pharmacy; I had never seen such a chaotic place! The few staff members completely overwhelmed with the volume of patients/costumers, with no capacity to maintain calm under the circumstances and raising their voices/being rude to the people waiting to be served and complaining about the lack of service. I calmly explained my situation to one of the male employees and advised I was not there to complain but to get a copy of my prescription. I understood that they were overwhelmed but I also need my regular medication that was ordered with plenty of time in advance. The staff member was helpful and checked it for me but ended up trying to convince me to call NHS 111 to request an urgent prescription. I told him again I did not need an urgent prescription I wanted a copy of my prescription that they had since the 18th October and that they were unable to fulfil… eventually I got my prescription. I am also a health care provider who happens to know my rights and thought it was quite concerning that the staff members were trying to convince their patients to return Monday for their medication, call NHS 111 for urgent prescriptions instead of just giving people their prescriptions that cannot be fulfilled so that each individual can try to get what they need elsewhere… Seems to me that once again business was put over patients welfare and duty of care was completely ignored. I am sure that pharmacies and pharmacists are regulated by the respective boards whom issue standard to follow being one of them put your patient’s interests first! Leaving this very long review not for an apology from anyone but so that people who actually need the service from this pharmacy are aware that they don’t have to get their medication from them. They have the right to have their prescription and get their medication from wherever is available. Hoping that the owners of this business can read my review and implement measures to promote a better work environment for their staff (who looked like they were about to have a nervous breakdown) as well as a better service for the community who needs them.

I am posting my personal experience with this pharmacy and my little one gets the medicines regularly here, however the people here in this pharmacy doesn’t know any seriousness with the medicines we collect from. I have been With problems with them in collecting the medicines always and I think 3 times in row now they can’t provide the right ones as prescribed to give and they always ask us to get the alternative from gp and when I can get these medicines from city hospital why not from them where I have registered and when I asked this with them and they say go collect hospital and today worst ever happen they didn’t give us the right dose medicine for my little kid and he needs this dose everyday and I can’t disclose what is he suffering from and I highly recommend not to register with them
Terrible pharmacy and terrible doctors surgery. Have a recurring prescription I need to collect which is NEVER on time. Sometimes takes days after when it’s supposed to be ready to be ready and it’s not even a difficult prescription to get hold of. Joke of a surgery, can’t wait to move so I can change to another place I have never had such an awful experience as I have here.
You hand in your prescription and simply asked to wait, only minutes. You can also buy other product's like most chemist's. They also have a health care centre above, and a cat park at the back of the premises. If you don't have a car and can't walk, there are local buses that stop out side.
From the perspective of someone who has been picking up prescriptions from this pharmacy for 3 years. Quite a busy pharmacy that's clearly serving a lot of needs for a lot of people, staff have always seemed really hard working and I think it shows in the consistency and quality of the services they provide.
It is easy to blame those on the front line for a system that seems to be struggling but I have to say there are some things this pharmacy is doing well. Ordering my repeats has improved. The calls are answered quickly and very politely. There are deffinatly things that could be done better but much of it requires better communication from the surgeries so is out of their hands. I give them four stars as I am getting text alerts for when my meds are ready and feel they try hard to do what they can with what they are working with. I hope they read some of these reviews and it helps them improve further.
