   Easy to work with, fast payment turnaround. The app can be a bit weird (Samsung Tablet) with logins sometimes wanting password and other times biometric but nothing bad. All the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I'd definitely use these guys again

   I'm currently with Paystream & everything was running smoothly until I had to travel with my role & I noticed when I was paid that I was being taxed on my expenses, just a simple task of I pay for an expense & expect to be paid back the amount of what I am out of pocket for, has turned into a nightmare. I am considerably out of pocket & despite several approaches & a complaint raised with Paystream I’m no further forward to a resolution. If your home based & need to travel, this umbrella company is definitely not for you. Currently investigating other companies & will be moving. If you don’t need to travel you will be fine as everything else is all good. Very disappointed.

   I use PayStream for umbrella services and they are great, although I think they need some improvements, such as having a seamless process with booking websites such as YunoJuno. Currently I have to email any new assignments, but this should really be connected and uploaded automatically as it was with my previous umbrella company. They are always so speedy with their responses, they will send you a personal illustration that is clear and will show you exactly what your expected pay would be, which essentially matched my payslip exactly.
