Asked to speak to the pharmacist. Was asked by cashier what it was for, I explained my issue, she sold me piriton! Didn't even ask tge pharmacist to see me. Not very professional.
Lovely pharmacist at this Pharmacy, always helpful. Other staff are unprofessional, was told today repeat prescriptions take 4-5 days to be ready even though the NHS app says that prescription would be available in 48 hours and prescription was actually ready. Better customer service skills needed.

Terrible to get hold of them - they don't answer the phone when I email the mailbox is full and bounces not to mention the ssl security certificates is invalid so don't add private details just incase
