County Pharmacy is quite probably the best pharmacy in Redditch, it is well stocked and fills prescriptions in 2-3 working days.

Limited car parking and be careful parking there as it's on a camera so if you don't use the pharmacy you get charged..staff seemed helpful when I went in..they were busy, like most pharmacies...
Avoid them, super slow they have no clue about their job unless you like to wait 1h to get your prescription since it needs nasa science...
States open till midnight and drive up to there to find shutters down and locked up need to update times
Poor service. Pharmacist's are likely good but the weekend cashier straight up lies to your face about stock and being unable to get any stock.

They answer phone, polite and friendly. When you actually want to find out if chemist has drugs call them!
This is the best pharmacy I have ever used in Redditch! Their opening hours are the most flexible that I have found and the staff are always willing to go that extra mile to assist you. Their delivery service is excellent and they’re also very helpful if you have specific delivery requirements, like days of the week and time windows (bearing in mind that they alternate areas of Redditch on certain days, depending on how many drivers they have that day). The staff are always friendly and make a point to get to know their customers, which I personally think is one of the keys to excellent customer service. I’m always able to chat to them and they’re never too busy or fob you off (which is good because I talk A LOT!). They have always gone above and beyond in my case as I have had a rough few months in addition to Lockdown and they will always make sure I’m ok when I see them. I highly recommend them, I told my parents how good they are because they were constantly having issues with the pharmacies they were using, so they have now switched and have been very happy with the service they now receive. I collect my prescriptions regularly weekly and they usually have it ready when I get there, which is generally as soon as they open. It’s also really easy to switch to them, especially if you have a copy of your repeat prescription. And all it takes is either a call to them to order your medication (if it’s not an automatic issue from your surgery) or, as I do, order online (I use Patient Access and Evergreen, you need to register for these facilities with your surgery if they don’t offer it on their own surgery website). I can’t say enough good things about the pharmacy, the staff are so nice and always happy and ready to help. I mustn’t exclude the chaps, they’re on the go constantly but will still have a smile and a quick chat as they go! I can’t name them all because I’d hate to miss anyone out but whoever recruits for County makes excellent choices!
