Predatory car parking company operating here. If you use this pharmacy you're risking a fine with no time given to appeal. Appalling preying on sick people.
There's always a long wait and only 2 chairs. They never have all my items and I have to keep on at them. The staff are friendly, but everything is so painfully s...l....o.....w....
After seeing reviews was reluctant to visit, but needed antibiotics out of hours. Was seen straight away, staff both very friendly and helpful. Had consultation and recieved antibiotics within 7/8 minutes of arriving. Highly recommend.
One member of staff was on, doors locked and only three people were allowed in because she was alone working. No idea how she could do prescriptions I always thought a second person was needed to double-check them. Also the shop was absolutely filthy
Appalling and unreliable, this store is quite simply not functioning any longer. I wish they would just get on with their change of management/ ownership and put its customers/patients out of the misery of anticipating service from them.
Awful pharmacy, referred here by GP at 8.30am for anti biotics. Told would be called within 2hrs, called them after 3hrs and was told the pharmacist is due to start the calls. Ring again myself at 5pm to be told she’s gone home. Most rude and unfriendly staff, terrible stock levels and long wait for prescriptions.
I was sent down by 111 to get a prescription for antibiotics.. I told the assistant what I needed.. Then waited over a hour to see the pharmacist only to be told that I was wrong and I would need to go to the walk in centre in bromsgrove. I phoned 111back and they said that therewas no need to be told that as the information that 111 gave me was correct. The whole chemist that was was extremely badly run and they were serving when it pleased them
They never answer the phone. It says if you haven't heard from them about tour prescription then ring. I let my phone ring out for 50 mins and no one answered
This is most unstocked lloyds pharmacy I have seen all my life absolutely terrible. Somebody from lloyds Hq needs see this store terrible you cannot call this lloyds
