   Can never get through on the phone to request a repeat prescription. Just cuts you off. Also, since this new pharmacist took over from Kiran, part prescriptions are regularly dispensed with no notification that medication is still “owed”. You then have to try and get through on the phone to find out what’s going on! Absolutely awful service. Am thinking of moving to a remote provider that I already use. Never had an issue with them and delivered to the door.

   Visited the pharmacy yesterday as I had a really bad throat. Had a brief consultation with the pharmacist and she referred me to the doctor as it was a condition I had 2 months ago. Saw the doctor the same day and received treatment and medication. Absolute fantastic service from my surgery again. You would not get this service from an online pharmacy!

   Infuriating that I have to take time off work to pick up my prescriptions. Services in the 21st century need to extend beyond 9-5 Mon-Fri periods when most of the country is working. Perhaps this surgery only caters for the unemployed? The medical centre has gone downhill since Covid and hasn't recovered. I've never seen my doctor, even once. Only spoken to him once, I think. Could have been anyone. I find the reception staff to often be coarse and unapproachable. The only good thing about this place, is the nurses are second to none. I would rather have a nurse look after my wellbeing than my doctor. They have at least seen me in person.

   Truly disgraceful counter assistant... 6 years we have been using this wonderful pharmacy but today have been treated terribly by an uncaring and unbelievably rude pharmacist... she refused to give her name so can only give a description of her: 5 ft 2 inches tall; 50 years plus and of Asian descent. Please feel free to respond to this review if you are the pharmacy manager ...
