   I would like to express my appreciation for Mr Peers, who works in the butcher section. He is extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help customers with a smile. Every time we visit the store, he goes out of his way to make sure we find exactly what we need. His knowledge about different cuts of meat and cooking advice is truly impressive. It’s rare these days to meet someone who genuinely cares about customers the way he does. Thanks to his attitude, shopping there has become a real pleasure for our family. We always feel welcomed and valued because of his friendly and respectful manner. Mr Peers is a great asset to the store and an example of excellent customer service. People like him make a huge difference and keep customers coming back again and again. Congratulations to the whole store for having such a valuable and dedicated staff member—well done, Mr Peers!

   Used cafe for breakfast and drinks. Self order point wasn't working, till unmanned until staff member approached. Breakfast arrived on cold plate with greasy fried eggs, soggy mushrooms and sausage tasted foul. Drinks were fine though. Will stay with witherspoons in future.

   Salad bar is dirty never filled up fully and staff look at u like u have asked for the world when u ask them to do one thing. Oh and they also like to interrogate you like u have committed the biggest crime ever when u walk out the gates towards the doors. It’s not that deep and i promise you nobody would risk going to jail over a 4.50 salad whata joke

   Big free parking. One of few places in Southport you won't get a ticket. Relatively clean shop. Shelves where a bit empty and counters weren't always manned. Food was good. Prices average. Don't go for the green bargain packs in the front of the store. Cheaper on shelves. Not my local and Southport is a disgrace. Used to be upmarket, now its a refuge for immigrants.

   Morrisons is famous about good fish counter, and wide range of seafood. Unfortunately I have met other side at Southport supermarket. I have bought on 31/01/23 roses and lilies bouquet for my friend birthday for 12.99. Despite 5 days guaranteed label on the package next day my friend found all roses have dryed and died. Bitterly disappointed. I would not trust Morrison s florist suppliers anymore. Another thing I have noticed in their grocery - in every pack of Clementines one fruit out of 5-6 is green or old dryed. Is it a way how management sells an expired stuff to mix with fresh one?

   I am not a regular Morrison's shopper and after today I don't intend to be. I appreciate the week between Christmas and New Year they may not get fresh deliveries but some of their veg was bordering on disgusting... Black and brown cauliflower...far better to take them off the shelves in this state than to display inedible food .

   We have just used this store as first-time visitors to the town and were really impressed! It is very easily found and accessed and has a huge, well-signed car park. This is quite a large branch and appeared to be well-stocked and clean. The staff whom we met were friendly and welcoming.

   Just been charged £1.70 instead of £1.35 for crisps at the self service checkout. This is against the law! When we queried it with a member of staff he was indifferent and not bothered. He went to check the shelf himself and then came back to the checkout and changed it. His whole manner was bad and we didn't even get an apology. I hadn't noticed the price until pointed out by my husband and would have automatically paid the £1.70. How many other customers have paid the wrong price? Check your prices!!!!!
