   I had been away from Birmingham longer than expected and, as I had run out, on my return I went direct to Midnight Pharmacy to collect my medications. The GP had failed to send my prescription, but Midnight Pharmacy immediately arranged to give me an emergency supply. They have my gratitude and highest recommendation for their courtesy and efficiency.

   Honestly they was so polite and lovely even with 10min to closing after spending over 7hrs in AnE with my mom at Birmingham Met Hospital. Only for them to say oh yeah here's a prescription and say take these meds starting today. Okay so we ask is there any pharmacies open they said oh well n.o. So I am like mom you need to take these meds and thank god this was still open and we came and had the most polite and welcoming humble service and was just wonderful and compassionate. Thank you.

   Last night my little boy was poorly, so I looked on NHS choices for some pharmacies that were open. I saw this one that was the closest and gave them a call at 11.30pm, they close at midnight. The pharmacist that answered the phone was absolutely brilliant! He knew I was travelling a distance to get there and remained open until I got there as he knew my 4 year old son was in pain. I was soo greatful for this kind gesture! Kindness costs nothing. I'd like to thank the pharmacist Monsoor personally for this act of kindness and would definitely recommend this pharmacy and use it again! Thank you Monsoor!    If I could I would give 0 stars Very rude unprofessional staff , could hear them slating customers they thought I had left the shop but I was sitting down listening never going back here again , avoid at all costs !
