Im.so disappointed in there customers service its disgusting there attitude towards customers especially little kids is really bad i wouldn't even step a foot in that shop again
Amazing service and very friendly staff, would recommend to anyone, give good advice and recommendations, more than pleased to have them as my local pharmacy. The added convenience store area is also a great bonus, can never leave empty handed :)
Rude behaviour and staff are not helpful at all. Yelling at my 2years baby not to touch anything etc etc. Given bad advice on medication for hayfever . I got more sick with the side effects of this tablet.. When I called them they just called ignored trying to cut the line and overlapping and not giving me to talk. Stupid team and pharmacy. They should have shut down. Nonsense
Great pharmacy. They have lots of medicine, but also sell loads of other stuff, like stationary and cosmetics and household goods. So I am always ending up getting other little things that are cheap and cheerful. The best corner shop with a variety of goods in the area. The only thing they could do with getting is some sandwiches etc, as they just have drinks and snacks.

I swear, every time I blink, another truckload of pills arrives to me. My cupboards are now a pharmacy aisle, and I’m honestly considering hiring a pharmacist just to manage it all. Here’s the kicker: I can’t even finish one round of meds before the next batch shows up. It's like they think I'm running a marathon of prescription drugs. It’s funny, but also a little alarming, how much medication do they think one person needs. This isn’t just an inconvenience; it’s bordering on a serious issue. At this rate, I'll have enough pills to last a lifetime... or open a black market kidding, but really!. RK Pharmacy, you’ve got to stop treating me like a warehouse. It’s becoming a serious problem, not just for my sanity but for my health
