   I visited this pharmacy with a prescription and also wanted to book an appointment.Unfortunately, I couldn't even ask about it because the staff member was extremely rude. This made it difficult to get the help I needed.Customer service is crucial in healthcare, and I hope this issue can be addressed. It's disappointing to feel unwelcome when seeking assistance.

   Superb experience. Went in today with an insect bite which was causing my hand to swell. They took one look and invited into the consulting room to see the pharmacist who was able to prescribe penicillin there and then! This saved me several days awaiting a GP appointment for the same thing, and prevented the infection from worsening. Polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. Thanks for a great service Gill Pharmacy.

   The staff here are absolute darlings. Nothing is too much trouble and their approach is very professional. The opening hours are similar to most small independent places, it's a 9am to 6pm day Monday till Friday, with an early 2pm close on Saturday & closed Sunday... which is sufficient to be fair. I've never waited more than 10 minutes here for anything, Gills is well staffed so it is almost always possible to speak to whichever staff member you require, even the pharmacist on duty. One other thing I find helpful is that I have never had to deal solely with a locum pharmacist on any visit. There is always a 'regular' staff member on hand, and I have found this invaluable as I do require a number of meds at times, I'm giving them a full house of 5★ because I have never received anything other than a 5★ service.
