   Good experience at start. Nice people, but communication was a big issue and had to address this a couple times. VAT returns and instructions to pay were give sometimes 24 hours before the deadline. VAT also calculated wrong unfortunately but new accountant rectified. It is a shame because Emma and Caroline are friendly, but in terms of communication, not good it has to be said. Was with them for 2 years.

   Carter Clear is perfect for me as a small business owner. I've been able to focus on my work without worrying about accounts thanks to the service provided. The team are extremely knowledgeable, they always have my best interests in mind, offering regular advice (something not all accountants do!). They are always available for a chat and send regular reports to keep me informed. Communication is clear and straightforward, making it easy to understand what I need to do and what’s being handled. It’s a friendly, personal company, and I’m never passed from person to person. Highly recommended.

Not having to think or worry about the accounts has been a huge weight lifted and allowed me to concentrate on running my business.
