First of all I'm new to self employment and didn't really have any idea as to how my self assessment works, luckily after looking online for some time and messaging multiple accountants, shoebox was the only company to reply and it was new years eve! Mike was the lovely guy that I got to speak to and he answered all my questions thoroughly which helped clear my mind. Mike also enlightened me to my mistake of not applying for my UTR sooner in the year but luckily he applied for it same day on my behalf and was able to sort my self assessment with plenty of time to spare avoiding me any unnecessary fines.
