Im not a customer of this pharmacy but I deliver to them. I find this shop very pleasant bright and clean. The staff who work here are helpfull and respectable. From what I see everyday I deliver they are always helpfull to there customers. Every time I phone they pick up quite quickly. Keep up the good work
They are very helpful pharmacy. The young man and lady are always friendly and happy to answer any questions. They always have my prescription ready on time and never had any issues.
Idk what happened to this pharmacy I used this pharmacy for years but now they keep in making mistakes I was delivered wrong medication twice. They keep on delaying to order my son’s repeat prescriptions. So annoying. Avoid them if you don’t want to die with wrong medication. I’ve changed to a different pharmacy now.
I cannot thank Ranbir Kaur and Faahir enough from this Pharmacy. I’ve had an ear infection which they kindly looked at and advised must be seen to at once by a Dr. Three weeks later and my dr finally was able to diagnose. I cannot thank the staff at Smethwick pharmacy enough, they reassured me, they remained professional and were empathetic. Both Ranbir and Faahir went above and beyond and it needs to be stated what a great asset they are to the NHS. Keep up the amazing work you are doing!
Every time I rang the phone they don't pick your call and you hang up and try again it will be showing busy.
Amazing service. Pharmacy was closed on sunday afternoon but the staff went our their way to help me get medicine for my little one. 5*
Absolutely appealing behaviour very rude extremely immature this has to be the worst group of people on the face of this earth id rather deal with blind sloths then these sick individuals still can't believe that its still running word of advice to the general public SAVE YOURSELF DONT FO THEIR SAVE UR SELF THE ISSUES
Had to give 1 walked in requesting my prescription waiting around. Lady assisting was fine she was doing what she could. I said to If its not ready I will come back has I came out from work during my lunchtime. Manager came out of no where very rude “ if you cant wait you can come back later” repeated this to me again..at this stage the lady said i have ur meds but cannot find the prescriptin list…at this point i could not even look at this so called manager. The lady said computers are slow and 5 secs later handed my meds.I thanked her and left. Later on I phoned the manager who said she can only apologise….wow she was so rude. Need to do customer service course. As an training manager can recommend a few courses P Kaur!!! Will not be returning there!! 0 score
-5 star ratings for this branch because of the staff that are currently employed. Don't answer the phone. Been trying for days now. Need to employ new staff who will provide a professional quality service. Need to change staff members as they are inadequate. Lloyd's Pharmacy has been very professional but is lacking a professional service with its current staff. Lloyd's Pharmacy staff are not maintaining the high service standards in relation to its customers. Let's hope things change for the better.
