Quite good but need much more staff, the ones they have are keeping professional but never enough tills open, quite the walk to the car parks ,Sometimes have all you need, sometimes not!, the staff are very nice and helpful, it is always fairly well stocked but can be missing what I went in there for. I think it is important to take a list with you to make sure you remember what you went in for as it is quite the distraction with all the stuff that they sell.
Always go in for just a couple of bits x come out with more than I need x haha not sure if that's good or bad x but I'm never disappointed

Gone down hill a bit lately, low stocks and not a great deal of choice. Original staff are lovely but too many changes in new staff who don't have a clue and don't stay too long.
Cater for most of our needs, occasionally run out of things we need, but generally very good.
I've always liked shopping here as prices are great, always good deals on and plenty of choice. Recently I had an emergency for puppy pads new years eve. Everywhere was sold out, they were my last hope but had none on the shelves either. I mentioned it at the till as I paid and the lovely man on the till asked a colleague who said he did have some in the back. Sure enough he came back a few short minutes later with a huge packet of puppy pads. Life saver and definitely going the extra mile for the customer. Fabulous.
I just wanna start by saying Ian is the best member in store and so caring and compassionate I was looking for just one bottle of hand sanitiser for my diabetic son who has bad diabetes and when I had asked other staff they were quite rude as if I was like panic buying however he had a small bottle for 3 months and no one would help but Ian should be proud of himself for being a kind caring person who actually thinks about other people in the community who actually need the hand gel so thank you so much
