Great communication getting the appointment set up, and when he arrived the tasks were done quickly, professionally and we were asked if we liked what he was going to do before he went ahead and did the task. David painted my rental property inside the house and in the summer fixed the outside rendering and painted the exterior to make it ready for sale. David is an excellent handyman and a consummate professional. He cleaned the flaking paint off my decking, re-painted and re-stained it quickly and with no fuss. He did a great job but rain came shortly afterwards - when I asked him back to apply another coat, he did so promptly and willingly. Extremely polite, courteous and communicates well. I will definitely use him again for any future work around the house.
