This has been another excellent service, immunisations, prescriptions, advice and courteous professional on every occasion we have needed a good pharmacy .
after phoning 111 to ask for information regarding my husbands medication and being told to phone a certain chemist who would be able to advise me and it going to answer phone plus no one phoned me back, I phoned Knights as soonas they opened the following morning the pharmacist was most helpful and after asking a few questions was able to solve my query. The downside of this parmacy is the amount of times items on my husband prescription are out of stock and even after a week still out of stock and we have to go to another chemist to get them. Strange how one chemist cannot get medication and another chemist can get the same medication next day.
Terrible chemist. I approached this chemist to supply a blister pack for my 91 year old mother who has poor eye sight & had just come out of hospital. After sitting for approximately 20 mins with details of her medication with a member of staff it was agreed she could have it. Three days before it was due to be delivered the chemist phoned to say she wasn’t able to have it as she was considered low/ medium risk. They also just told me to try another chemist .The pharmacist at the doctors was amazed as she had spoken to them & it was all agreed.She helped me find another chemist.Thankfully Kings Chemist at Weoley Castle came to the rescue & delivered them the next day no problem at all.
I would like to express my concerns regarding the customer service at the pharmacy. My sister submitted her medication prescription six days ago and, upon her visit to collect it, she was informed that it had not yet arrived. However, when I visited the pharmacy later, I found that the medication was indeed available. It appeared that the staff member at the counter did not take the initiative to verify the shelves for the prescription. Upon my inquiry, she promptly checked and confirmed the presence of the medication. I recall that this pharmacy was once highly regarded for its service, but it seems that the quality has diminished significantly. Consequently, I have decided to transition to another pharmacy on Jiggins Lane, where I have consistently received better service and encountered friendly staff.
Bloody useless, some of us still work and don't always get home in time to pick up our repeat prescription, so it's left till a Saturday, would be nice if tell people you now shut at 1pm an not 3pm any more
Very clean and well organised store, found what I needed immediately and got served straight away. Very Happy and Friendly staff who will literally go out their way for you! - The weekend pharmacist today was really helpful and manage to source and chase up a medicine I couldn't find at 5 branches.
As a manager of a local care home I have to say that the service we receive from this pharmacy is fantastic. They are always happy to help if they are able to and have gone above and beyond to ensure all people we support have their medication on time. I am especially thankful to two of the staff , Tiffany and Becky , as they have always come to the rescue when I have had a problem. Would definitely recommend this Pharmacy.
Excellent staff, Great Nicotine replacement service here, if you want to give up smoking, gets busy at times.
One of the main assistants is very pleasant and helpful, sadly the one I seem to deal with most often is surly and generally unpleasant. Otherwis this would be a pleasant and well run shop
