I'm a housebound individual and I have been trying to contact this pharmacy for 4 days now from 8.30am until 6.30pm they do not answer the phone at all. My carer went in there on Tuesday and observed 6 employees working there the phone was constantly ringing while they stand around talking and laughing and not one person was even bothered to answer the phone. This is dreadful service considering I was referred there from the hospital.
