   Walked in and picked up the item I wanted to purchase and went over to the till. A member of staff gawped at me for a few moments before coming over to tell me I had to pay at the back where you wait for prescriptions. I waited at the desk for 5 minutes where there were three members of staff behind the desk. No one served me. I walked out without purchasing.

   The worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Utter shambles. It is always chaotic. Staff seem incompetent and uncaring. Fail to deliver prescriptions to housebound parents despite having been paid delivery fee. Absolutely disgraceful service.

   If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. This place used to be reasonably efficient with o.k. service. In the past 6 months this has become one of the most frustrating, annoying and useless businesses I have ever dealt with. For a start they either never answer the phone or the phone is broken, either way there is no way to get hold of anyone without making a painful visit to the pharmacy. There seems to be little signs of the Spanish speaking manager, just an extremely miserable pharmacist and a lady that should never had entered the customer service profession. The business seems often closed when it is supposed to be open and on my most recent visit there were customers inside the pharmacy with the doors locked whilst other wait outside, surely this is illegal? As a type 1 diabetic I have regular needs in terms of medicine. It has become apparent that this pharmacy can no longer deliver the medicines I need, I have now been waiting over two weeks for a prescription they have, without any kind of notification from them as to when it will be ready. Today I have taken action and moved to Boots on Three Shires Oak Road who were helpful beyond belief. If you're looking for a pharmacy stay well clear of this particular Lloyds.

   Awful & shockingly poor service. The staff don't seem to care. Most struggle to find prescription medications. Was told to return 3 times & to no avail. Unprofessional & have seen other customers struggle (even argue) & treated poorly too. We have moved to Boots now & wouldn't recommend Lloyds, due to various bad experiences of family members.

   Turned up for a diabetes appointment this morning only to be told the person who usually does them is not in.Could i come back tomorrow. I booked time off work to attend . i would like to know why the diary for the day is not checked for appointments and customers notified on the morning f they cannot be carried out .I appreciate there can be staff changes but its not acceptable not to be notified prior to the appointment. Very unprofessional and will not book at this branch again.I didnt bother complaining in branch as i felt the staff member was ill equipped to handle my complaint .

   Awful service, the receptionist is so bad she has no clue what she's doing. She just writes prescription names on a piece of paper, then leaves the paper at the front desk where no one can see it. Then she asks me again if I've been served, CLUELESS. Then another lady asks if I've been served I told her the details and she takes around 30 minutes and comes back with nothing. Turns out the pharmacy didn't order the prescription from the doctors. Gonna change branch

   The pharmacist in this branch Maria is unprofessional and very rude when I went in to explain that I needed to speak to someone for my daughter who has had reaction to something she put her hand out and told me to stop then said I had to wait for 10 mins , while waiting for 10 mins this wait turned to 35 mins where she did not address my daughter or even acknowledge that we was still there. She is very unhelpful and rude.
