   Having visited this pharmacy a few times, I won’t be coming back. The pharmacists are rude, looking at customers with obvious disapproval, as if they are a nuisance. When asked a simple question about an alternative to a needed medication, they couldn’t provide a clear answer. The service leaves a bad impression—definitely not a place I’d want to visit again.

   I have never used this chemist before and after visiting I will never use it again. I went to buy painkillers for my extremely painful neck. I was treated like a drug addict and was refused the medication. The pharmacist was worried about getting in to trouble. . This says a lot really about9 his regular conduct, which has caught up with him and I was unfortunate enough to take the brunt. Rude and uncaring

   Rang to see if they had dressings in needed after surgery. None in stock and was told by the pharmacist that because I wasn't a regular customer he wasn't prepared to look through his distributors for stock or alternative options because he was too busy! Rang Vishnu Pharamcy and within 5 minutes the staff there had ordered ready for collection by 5 same day.

   In these strange, testing times, this family run pharmacy delivered service above and beyond excellent. I am 68 and have emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis, and found it difficult to arrange to collect my repeat prescription. Even though he must be under pressure and working at full steam every day, he found time to personally deliver my medications. What a star. Thank you.
