   seriously is there was -1 that would be my option to rate this store! rang the phone over 30mins to check prescription was ready however no answer! went into store there was 3 ladies behind the dispenser counter not doing any work but stood together...GOSSIPING...and a oldish lady serving by herself when there was a qué outside the door and pouring of rain!!! ***AVOID***

   The reviews are accurate. This is where customer service and satisfaction come to die. Prices on shelf are wrong and staff totally indifferent to their own mistakes.

   there is a older south asian lady, comes across very rude and un helpful, very bad customer service, i know customers can be rude etc treat everyone differently to treat them fairly

   These people are the most rude, lazy saff I've ever encountered. 5 staff, none serving public. Someone came and asked me if I was being served. I said no, she then continued on her phone.

   If I could I wouldn't even give a one star. The staff in this pharmacy its extremely rude and unprofessional. They argue with the customer's. There is Always problem with medications not being available. So you have to wait. One time I was waiting for medication for a rash over a week. The older women its always very rude and unpleasant. Very bad experience. I changed The pharmacy because I won't let anyone to treat me and to talk to me the way did she did.

   I went to this pharmacy after having an emergency appointment with the doctor for a perforated eardrum on a Saturday morning, I was told by the pharmacist that they didn't have the antibiotic ear drops in stock but I could pick them up on Monday after 12 o'clock. So I went back on the Monday afternoon only to be told that they were a special order and I would have to wait 5 days for the ear drops I was told would definitely be waiting for me!!!

   Rude arguementive lied about the item being back in stock and processed to argue more was told over the the phone they had it in then went into to pick it up and were very disrespectful and rude and arguementive worst chemist ever I do not suggest using them

   Used to be a fantastic and friendly chemist that i had used for years. However the last 2 years have been horrendous! Missing medication, lost orders and prescriptions, late repeat prescriptions and have even been left without important medication for days on end to suffer withdrawal. Safe to say im finding a new chemist.
