Had my flu jab done there, my arm is still sore and stiff over 2 weeks after the injection, I usually go to boots,but they were fully booked.

Opinionated lady, Closing the pharmacy as I was walking up the road to order a prescription at 5:45pm I told them I need a prescription and was told they open at 9am, annoyed as I work 9-5pm and have to travel, that was the earliest I could get there!! Poor management, update your hours or open at advertised times. After all you are being paid to work till 6pm!
Usually prepare prescriptions quickly but not open at advertised hours. When it says they are open until 6pm I do not expect to find them closed at 5.45pm. Suggest update advertised hours

my sister, every time she comes to this pharmacy to order her pills, ONE WOMAN, EVERY TIME, OPENLY IGNORES HER ORDER! SHE SAYS YES YES! I ORDERED WAIT SMS THAT YOUR ORDER HAS COME! WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE NAME OF THE PILLS! AND IN THE RESULT- NEVER ANY SMS COME! SISTER GOES AGAIN AND ASKS TO ORDER HER PILLS AGAIN! THE SAME WOMAN SAYS YES YES I MADE YOUR ORDER! WAIT SMS! AND IN THE RESULT - NOTHING! AND IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME! BECAUSE OF SUCH CONCERN MY SISTER IS ALREADY 2 MONTHS WITHOUT HER MEDICATIONS! AND THIS WORKER CONTINUES TO WORK AND OPENLY IGNORE MY SISTER! WE WILL COMPLAINT ABOUT SUCH UNPROFISIONAL ATTITUDE TO OUR VERY IMPORTANT DUTIES! HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS!
They are always very helpful and friendly and go through extra mile to resolve any issues with supplies for example and advised me as a paying customer how to access the government pre payment site.
Best pharmacy I've ever come across, it's small but the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome and they are so nonjudgmental and are very human! Its not often you find people in a workplace that are real and decent people, I switched from a big chain pharmacy because I was patronised and the staff constantly made mistakes with my prescription because they didn't do there job properly! I will be staying a customer of selcroft for as long as I live in this area. Definitely worth five stars!
Situated next to Quinborne Medical Practice on Selcroft Avenue. A very limited reception area can lead to a full-house with only four customers however the staff are industrious and effective at expediting customers needs. Expect to wait no longer than usual at most Pharmacies.
