Very poor. Till, computer and printer not working for over a week. Some staff (not all) are unprofessional and abrupt, and don't take into consideration the working person. Unorganised so left waiting over 30 minutes for prescriptions only to be told that they are out of stock. There is an issue everytime I come to get a prescription so I am now changing pharmacy. I do not recommend this place at all. Very disappointing indeed

Lovely staff, very helpful. But unfortunately the shop is struggling due to poor senior management. The ladies are run ragged, I feel sorry for them. They are all so friendly and there’s a lovely atmosphere in there when i’m in the shop frequently. They need to sort out staffing issues as very busy and only 2 staff working at times.

I have utterly nothing to say about the staff. Had a phone conversation, the pharmacist did not give a chance to speak, blamed me and said it's my fault where this shouldnt have been said, raised their voice and even hung up the phone. There is certainly a lack of empathy, professionalism and courtesy. All that does not embody what health servic is all about.

I believe that understaffing is the problem. The staff are trying to do the work of three people. Shame on Lloyds company for this, they are to blame for this failing branch. The service is shockingly bad and the staff are stressed out trying to cope and "firefight" all day. Get your act together Lloyds and give the public the decent service they deserve.

Just horrendous. The staff are really rude generally but I can cope with that because it’s my local pharmacy and therefore convenient. But today it just went too far. My partner went in there last night to collect my anti biotics but they gave him a prescription for a contraceptive pill that I’ve never used before and I noticed when I opened it. I went in there today to collect the right prescription and the woman who works there - short brown hair, I’m guessing in her 50s just started being aggressive and raising her voice at me in front of other customers. Shouting that I should have returned the other prescription, how irresponsible of me not to, I shouldn’t have disposed of it in general waste (I didn’t say I had?!) how could I not have noticed at the time that it was wrong (erm my partner collected it and it doesn’t say on outer packaging what it is) and they don’t have my anti biotics. Shouting at me to stand aside and sort it out myself with the drs surgery. It was awful. I was in complete agony with kidney pain so just left. I’ve now changed pharmacy because I don’t want to experience that again. Oh and what’s the point of staff wearing a mask if it doesn’t cover their nose?
