   I find this pharmacy very lacking. The patient is not their priority and they really couldn’t care and will never volunteer to speak with my GP across the road to seek clarity. Last week I had to make three journeys between Knights and my GP to resolve a prescription issue! If an item is out of stock they simply delete it from my prescription. In the past, they made up a prescription of ‘out of date’ drugs and couldn’t see the problem. Very worrying and clearly no appropriate checks being made on that day.

   Unfortunately, I had a prolonged experience. The shop was empty when I arrived to pick up some Asthma inhalers; whilst the person serving me was getting the items together, a lady came in for a consultation. Once my items are ready, I'm told I'll have to wait for the consultation to complete as the Head Pharmacist is doing the consultation and needs to sign off the order before I can pay for it. I had to wait 20 minutes. They should have more than one staff member trained to sign off prescriptions.

   I’ve been picking up prescriptions for my family from this pharmacy for a long time now and have never had any issues, the staff are always so friendly and polite, very knowledgeable and always able to help with any questions, especially Caroline who is usually the person who serves me, the pharmacy is clean and well stocked with non-prescription over the counter meds for any needs.

   I went in to the pharmacy at about half 12 today and the staff were amazing they helped me instantly the service was amazing I was shocked at how fast and efficient they all were especially kurt he made sure I knew exactly what I was gettingand I couldn't have been happier with how they treated me, smiles on there faces and polite throughout I would recommend using these as your main pharmacy

   Excellent manager Maria and team. Parking can be little problematic but big carpark alongside. Maria and team go out of there way to be of assistance. Counter assistance is pleasant and new texting service for prescriptions is wonderful. Moved my mother's medipack service here which Maria again sorted, because the pharmacy she was using in the Bromsgrove area was a waste of time.
