Appalling service, Booked in for a flu jab the day previously, took time off work (busiest time of the year!) to be told there was no pharmacist present. No explanation or reason why I was booked in then… only after pursuing, I was told VERY grudgingly it was “human error “ and was given (in my opinion) a very insincere apology. Awful!
Theres always a massive queue. I stood and waited for 35 minutes yesterday with a bored 2 year old and a baby only to be told they didnt have my prescription. Now I'm trying to call to see if they have it today before going down there abd waiting again but I can only get through to an automated line where the pre recorded message is saying the wait time to speak to someone is currently 60 minutes!
It takes a special kind of insouciance to let 5 people wait for tens of minutes in a queue whilst 4 of you (staff on duty) potter ineffectively behind the counter. I wish l had listened to the voice in my head that told me that previous futile visits would once again be repeated. Just like Lloyd's in New Street this pharmacy is not just badly run; slow service, frequent stock outages and disorganised, it is a waste of your time. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. These guys are a shower....
Terrible service. Don't answer phone - it goes to fax!! So hubbie went in, waited 20 mins, couldn't find prescription initially then eventually found it and it was not in stock. Avoid. Knights have better service and stock levels!

So many staff filling the isles hard to actually shop.
Pharmacy was ridiculous no one serving took 20 minutes because the same woman serving was trying to find the prescriptions whilst 4 other staff were in the back room
