   We have used the pharmacy first service for minor illnesses a couple of times each time not dissapointed. Today i went in with symptoms i have had a couple of days and had treatment right away. On a saturday. Which will mean i will feel well for work monday! Friendly, thorough and quick service from all the staff today. Thank you

   Served me with a smile. Very good manager. She was very thorough with the questions. Did my blood pressure and was a very kind person. Have zero complaints. She deserves a pay rise! Best pharmacy I’ve been to and have no changed this to be my permanent pharmacy. Very clean and well kept pharmacy

   After coming into the pharmacy this week i just need to state the outstanding service from a brilliant team!! I always have a great experience at this pharmacy. Safeena and Megan are so friendly, helpful, and professional every time I visit they always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Pharmacist Nicole is fantastic too, always taking the time to explain things clearly and offer great advice. The whole team makes you feel welcome and well cared for. It’s hard to find such professionalism,thank you all for your excellent service!

   My repeat prescription was sent over to this pharmacy three days ago 28/10/2025 And within that time I have been in considerable mount of pan . I did not received no notification or email telling me that my prescription was ready to collect. No apologies was ever given regarding this matter. NHS department.should look into this cause of conduct . Because there are a lot of valuable , patiences using rowley pharmacy.

   One star is being kind. Chased up 3 times since last week to be told no medication been requested which was on the dog it was done online to the GP. Promised to deliver last week, nothing arrived. Chased again today to be told failed delivery last Fri. No note through letterbox and we have not left the house since last Wednesday with my niece being poorly. Now been told no drivers to deliver so we can collect. The reason we have deliver is due to disability. Lady on phone seems not to listen very well asking the same question 2/3 times. Terrible service

   just visited rowley chemist and I saw sukhi, fabulous service explained everything and I can now hear properly after a long time 10 out of 10 well worth the visit everyone needs to go you won't regret it if you are having hearing problems thank you again I would recommend them 100%

   Went in to see the pharmacist today as I was having some ear trouble. He was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. He checked both my ears and removed all the wax for me and I can finally hEAR properly. Taking my grandma there next to get hers done too.

   This place is like a knock-off version of a pharmacy. They don't only constantly lack basic things that you should find in a pharmacy but their staff are not helpful at all. There is no communication between the staff and they are always late with your prescription. They always blame it on the doctor not doing this or that. Ask you to order your prescription one week before it runs out but when you order, three weeks after it's still not ready. The pharmacist is extremely unhelpful. He wants to force you to take another medication because it's in the same family as the one you have been taking for the past 8 years. When I explained to him the situation, he said "I cannot help you" and handed me over my prescription slip to take it to another pharmacy. I pleaded with him that I don't have anywhere or any transport to go to the next pharmacy which is about 1.5 miles from me. He still never cared and still handed it over; not even wanting to order the medication for pickup the next day. To me, that is extreme wickedness. I even asked him why he has been giving me the right medication and suddenly now he wants to force me to take one that is in the same family or similar to what I have been taking and he still handed over the prescription slip to me. He told me "last time I helped you get your prescription." I am not sure if doing your job is helping somebody especially when you are supposed to deliver a prescription within a week and 2 weeks later you are still telling the patient his prescription is not ready. To me helping someone is not only doing the right thing but doing it right or making sure you keep your word; not fixing an issue you created and then claiming you are helping the patient. If possible people stay away from this pharmacy. And they need some lessons in customer services/interaction. No phone manners and rudeness will take you no where.
