   When visiting in person the staff have always been helpful and polite. I have been in a few times to ask the pharmacist for advice. They do close for lunch so it is good to be aware.

   Awful pharmacy can not read specific instructions from a doctor resulting in medicine not being ready staff are rude and the 2 pharmacists well you ask to speak with a pharmacist and they won’t even lift there heads to speak to you! Some people shouldn’t be in a public facing roll boots blackheath you need new staff!

   Came here at 1pm, and it’s shut.. the shutters are fully down. Google says it should be open until 17:30. I tried phoning and it just rings out. Annoying

   Small branch but very friendly and more than helpful considering they have served all the way through this pandemic. Asked if they did a special diabetic cream which no one seemed to have. Ordered for me for delivery in shop next day. Texted me next day to confirm that it had arrived. I see from reviews a lot of moaning , would suggest you look in a mirror. We know who you are folks so try putting yourself in their shoes. Done with.

   Tried calling to see if my order is ready for collection, not just once but a number of times, at different times of day as I understand this is a small store with limited staff, each time phone rings approx 5 times no answer then switches over to fax, not the best customer service Boots. Store assistants then wonder why shops are closing and people choose to shop on line, bit better customer service would help!!!
