   Friendly pharmacy team who are always helpful and polite. When it comes to prescriptions and medications that they don't have in stock they generally get them for the next day.

   Not very reliable I'm a carer and I take the service user prescription in before it's due and yet again it's not been delivered , my dementia service user now has to wait until Monday for her medication , one of them is for diabetes and another for cholesterol ,

   Absolutely life savers. Went for antibiotics after suffering from the flu I was left with an infection. They were brilliant and i was in there 10 minutes and was given medication and advice , throat spray and paracetamol. Lovely people always friendly.

   I found the staff at this pharmacy unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. They don’t approach you close to discuss your needs. Instead they stand at the back of the shop by the computers shouting across to you, so you have to shout back what you need including all your personal details address etc, in front of everyone else in the queue to listen to, No privacy whatsoever. Every time I’ve had to visit the pharmacy I’m always told to come back another day, again and again, they forget other people work too and we all can’t keep getting the time off work to come back repeatedly it’s so inconvenient, also closed on Saturdays. I go elsewhere now and much happier getting what I need using NHS service online instead. No wonder the pharmacy is at risk of closure, Very poor.

   Mental health prescription always sent from Dr's, call up chemist and they have to order stock so no tablets all weekend plus its a bank holiday, call today to say the pharmacist is off so nothing until Wednesday now. Why do they need to order stock? The small one down the road was brilliant you always got your Prescription the day they received it.

   I went in today and I was overwhelmed and upset the ladies where lovely and very helpful they gave me some really good advice on who to contact should I feel more unwell,just waiting on my delivery now,but thank you ladies for helping me a simple act of kindness can mean the world to another

   What an absolute breath of fresh air… as a patient with an ongoing requirement for controlled medication… its safe to say getting anywhere with the shambolic Regis Medical Centre is skeptical to say the least. I attended today to collect my prescription of which was ordered a week ago… however the pharmacy had been let down by the surgery… once again… SHOCK!, I think not. I already have built a great relationship with the permanent staff over the years however on todays visit Locum Pharmacist Ian was covering the responsibilities… this gent stayed over an additional 45 minutes, and literally fought for an emergency prescription to be released for me to help avoid myself from any additional discomfort following my lack of prescription from the surgery! I genuinely could not be more grateful if I wanted to be. Ian you are an absolute asset to our NHS. Once again, Thanks for all your help!

   I've recently moved to this local pharmacy after my usual one closed. I was under the impression that my prescription would be ready today by my doctors; it wasn't. The gentleman in Jhoots went above and beyond to help me out. The level of professionalism was outstanding. I didn't catch his name but I'm extremely greatful and appreciative for everything he did. Expecially taking his own time out after work to help me out. Thank you.
