Used this pharmacy today for a prescription I was struggling to get , staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again.
I’ve used M W Phillips for a good couple years now when Sainsbury’s pharmacy closed. I’ve never experienced any problems there! Young lady with blonde hair is absolutely amazing! Always extremely helpful & polite!
I note I'm not the only person to say the pharmacist here makes people feel stressed an uncomfortable, and accuses them of lying. They're absolutely not appropriate to be dealing with critical medications for vulnerable people. If you are referred here, find somewhere else. I was referred here by NHS 111 for an emergency supply of Sertraline. The pharmacist refused to issue the medication because she believed I was "abusing the system" and "incapable of looking after my medication", shouted at me in front of customers, and refused to provide her name or GPhC number (literal misconduct). I later identified her as Surabhi Kumar (GPhC 2057840). She raised her voice at me for a prolonged period of time in front of staff and customers and made me feel very anxious and humiliated when I was in need of care. This raises serious concerns about accountability and potential concealment of misconduct, as well as a likely breach of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. I’ve submitted formal complaints to the GPhC, NHS England, Black Country ICB, and filed a patient safety report. If you’re vulnerable, be extremely cautious using this branch, or better still, don't use it at all.
M W Phillips Pharmacy has been very helpful to our family as I have got a mother who is very poorly. If I have any queries, they help as much as they can.
This pharmacy gets my poor nan so stressed and they even accuse her of lying when she reports missing items, she is then forced into playing piggy in the middle between doctors & pharmacy blaming each other and in the meantime my nan is without medication for a month, this is unacceptable when patients need there medication to keep them well. I’ve now taken care of my mom’s prescription online “pharmacy2u” instead so she no longer has to endure this disgraceful treatment at this horrendous pharmacy.
