Called at this pharmacy 1st ever visit , after the service i received it will not be my last. I received Impeccable Customer Service from Vijayeta so warm and friendly whilst professional throughout thank you for your kindness, patience, and your expertise.
I have been using Asda pharmacy for a few years now and they have never let me down with my Medication. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Anita. I had picked up my medication then went on to continue shopping downstairs when suddenly Anita appeared, she had been searching for me as I had more medication that I hadn't collected. This lady deserves recognition.
they ask you to order meds about week in advance so you don't run out, I ordered monday was told 48 hours left it 72...now Thursday no meds...asked when they expect it to be ready I was told it's up to the surgery....I've just rang the surgery they haven't even had a request from the chemist! !!!!!!! edit: thankyou for a reply, I have no idea who I spoke to, in one week I spoke to three people two women one man, who put the phone down on me after I asked when the prescription would be ready...now I know why he did because they hadn't even requested it from the drs after 4 days.....I don't do social media and if I did I wouldn't air my business on those sites... we have changed chemists.
Terrible experience, had to go get some over the counter medicine for a condition I have, I'm quite sensitive about it and when going to buy some medicine I usually have no trouble getting at any other pharmacy including tesco dudley where it's been fine,however the staff at this pharmacy made me prove why I need it in the middle of the shop floor exposing the area I needed treated and still questioned my condition I know I have as told to me by my doctor and still would only let me buy one, all while making me feel so small, terrible experience especially the older man who looked at me so judgmentally. usually the customer service is brilliant on the tills too bad the higher ups can't get this service out of the pharmacy staff. I'm going to be very resistant to use these again.
Always delay my order all of my repeat prescriptions so without tablets for my BP asked for emergency ones until my prescription comes but he refused! Said call ur GP or maybe they stopped them lol really? as we emailed them so I rang GP they said they obviously didnt order missing items as not on system and u not the first to complain about them! I even rang last week twice the lady at pharmacy said 100% ordered! So where are they?
OK... to be fair once they get the wrong medication & the manager had to phone to apologise...

Asda is also a super store and stocks a very large selection of household goods, food and high tech gadgets and white goods and also has a large selection of kids, women and men clothing including sportsware. This superstore has two floors including a Lift. There's also a foreign currency exchange on site. There's also two ATM cash points outside.
