Think the staff must be on go slow! Even when people are queueing out the door no other staff come to assist person on the front counter. I feel sorry the older people having to stand and wait a good 20/30 minutes if not longer.
This pharmacy is messed up since muzz left do not come here people.. These staffs very unprofessional and rude specially a woman whose serves at the till don’t have any clue what’s she’s doing. Need to get her out!!
They lost my script for anti depressants. tried to fob me off saying it might have gone to Boots. Phoned Morlais Medical, they didn't even have it to dispense despite me leaving my script and details with Well. i'll be emailing your head office to make a conplaint. Staff are snappy and rude.
Never answer the phone!!! You call to see if meds are ready as they rarely txt you confirmation but they never answer!!
Brilliant service always. Friendly staff and very helpful. I never have any issues getting through on the phones and prescriptions always fast and efficient. Would recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Worst service ever. I'm actually curious are these people even qualified for this job!! They don't answer calls, repeat never on time or sometimes they end up prescribing something else! This needs to be looked into! Worst chemist ever in Wednesbury. I would never recommend anyone to even go there! Close this chemist down!!!!!
You can't collect a prescription on the same day. I left mine nearly a week to collect and it still wasn't ready. I was told 5min wait and 25mins later I'm still waiting, yet if u know someone who works there and shout them, then u bypass the queue.
