Wonderful staff who do a great job considering how busy and demanding their is. Always polite and helpful. I witnessed one staff member (she had tattoos) assist a woman, who was in a little distress, due to her medication being delayed. She comforted her & supported her as she took her medication.

I have been dealing with this Pharmacy for a number of years now. Both Claire & Kelly are fantastic individuals , who are professional, courteous and always have a smile on their face. They genuinely want to help. They both have taken the time to listen to my ailments and recommend products as well as taking my blood pressure test and making sure i went straight to my GP when it was on the high side. The staff go out of their way to get the branded medication which I need as I am sensitive to some generic brands. They are always welcoming and even remember which brands I can and can't have. It can be busy at times but they do their best to get through as quickly as possible.

This pharmacy has been dealing with my elderly parents for many years. I have always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. From my own experience, I have seen them have to put up with verbal abuse from customers but try to deal with them in a patient, polite manner and always with a smile. Thank you

Went in for some eye drops for my 3 and half year old. A lady waiting before me was being seen to. Another lady comes in after me. The member of staff comes out from behind and immediately serves the other lady. Fine no problem. I wait until they finish conversing and ask if there is a pharmaciat available to speak to. The member of staff stops and just stares at me. She very rudley then says yes after about 40 seconds. I asked her why the look and she tells me someone is before me. I explain that I actually was before the person she just served and she should have asked who is next. At this point the attitude is disgusting. Not apologetic at all and she just sneered at me. She tells me I was aggressive and interrupted. Not true and and I invite the owner to check the CCTV. I inform the member of staff I waited for her to finish serving the other lady and my exact words were:excuse me, can I ask if there is a pharmacist to speak to. The member of staff didn't respond (because she knows this is true) No apology for making out I was aggressive and interrupted. Just apologise for your mistake and it's not an issue. Maybe the owner should look for someone who has basic levels of customer service in dealing with the public instead of making me feel like I have done something wrong when in fact the member of staff was in the wrong.

I've used this for around 3 years now and the place is in decline. I can't really comment on the staff. Yes they can be abrupt but they are probably as frustrated as the customer! If you need a prescription urgently either do not use or try to do all you can to chase it through. I've waited 48 hours for non urgent today and still not ready!!!

Paid for a full prescription, pharmacy only had half. Came back for the rest a few weeks later to be told it couldn't be found. Didn't have time to wait while they searched the whole shop so went back today. Told because it hadn't been collected it had been sent back but it was ok because the prescription had been reissued. For which I had the privilege of paying for. So my prescription is 60 tablets I got 30. Nobody said there was a time limit on collection. This pharmacy had gone downhill since they closed the one over the road. Voted with my feet, changed my nominated pharmacy.

took my dad off the delivery system 4 months ago for is medications which it his heart pills blood pressure etc. without any respect to let him know. he called them today, asking when and why and was told I missed one deliver of his medication I may. remember they don't give out a day or a time when they would be delivered, sadly my dad has to go out. would not be going there again totally disgusted I wouldn't even give it a 1 star
