   Rude, unpleasant, hostile, unhelpful and disgraceful and utter disgusting vile staff. Customer service? Absolutely non-existent and a joke! Who even employed these incompetent staff?! This Pharmacy needs to be closed down and get rid of these useless people that work there. Never will come back or use your services! If you are looking for a really good local pharmacy, I recommend Halesowen Pharmacy or Hawnes Pharmacy which are both 2-3 minutes away.

   I can only recommend you use this chemist as a last resort unless you want to be sarcastically spoken to,have personal comments made about yourself, or not have your prescription ready and you have to return at least 3 times.The female asian chemist is consistentley doing the things i have just mentioned,i can't believe they allow her to do this to customers.

   Poor staff constantly claiming that the “new system” is the reason for their own faults / errors / incompetence. Went to collect a repeat prescription today (have been on this medication since June 2020) - they said the prescription wasn’t ready even though I had a notification to say it had been approved by the GP and sent over to them. They claimed there’s no record of me ever collecting medication from them even though I have collected it from there every time I have ran out. They refused to provide me with an emergency supply of medication (I have run out now) unless I could prove I have collected from there in the past. I showed them the NHS app proving that my registered nominated pharmacy is this one - not good enough apparently. Shambolic service and no regard to people who require an urgent supply of medication. Will be changing pharmacies if service isn’t improved.

   I can’t begin to fathom the state of some of these reviews. I think people are getting confused with issues that are the doctors surgery fault as opposed to the pharmacy. When the doctor prescribes you something and tells you it’s next door, how do people expect it to magically appear in the matter of minutes? How do people not comprehend that? Now that I’ve got that off my chest, all I can say is that I have been going to this pharmacist for the last 20 years, I have seen the staff get verbally abused over things that aren’t their fault or in their control yet they still stay professional and friendly and try to help as much as they can. They have a great selection of over the counter items that are organised well so you can quickly find where everything is. All the staff work so hard which I really appreciate, thank you to all for their hard work and as for those who leave such ridiculous and cruel reviews, I think you need to find something better to do with your time then moan about inevitable queues and the fact that your prescription isn’t ready at the drop of a hat. Keep up the good work lloyds team!

   Staff appear rude and uncaring. Service is very slow, with prescriptions sometimes taking over a week. They are still struggling with a new computer system months after it was installed. Would not recommend under an circumstance.

   An absolutely awful place to have to go and despite being next door to a doctors surgery. I will now move to another pharmacy. Bad service I was absolutely disgusted by their lack of interest, bad attitude, no customer service unless you were a regular and enjoyed moaning amongst themselves at how hard they worked while making people wait in excess of 30 minutes to then be told they don't have it. Covid is not a reason for giving bad service
