I brought an Auto drop to put drops in easier it wasn't suitable as it fits on a bottle mine are sachets,the assistant was not very pleasant didn't let me return it,then she said I'd used it I said I can't it doesn't fit satchets , I'll not be using that shop again
My partner was given cough medicine on the advice of the pharmacist suitable for someone taking SSRI's. He was given Robotussin which is not and states that clearly twice on the leaflet in the box. Unfortunately I did not know this until I had half of the bottle but was concerned because I had a bad stomach. Not very reassuring is it?
Needed some advice and after a short wait, Zafar, the pharmacist was extremely helpful. So helpful in fact, that l found him more caring, understanding compared with some doctors. The layout is rather old-fashioned and appears untouched for the past 3-4 decades at a guess. Nothing wrong with that of course. I really appreciated the help of the pharmacist today and he fully explained things and gave me food for thought. I am now armed with questions and some answers going forward. Well done to the team here. They have aids for less mobile people in our community. Fully recommended to all.

My 86 year old Mother requested advise regarding her Arthritis, the shop assistant was very rude, stating " If your Doctor has told you to take Paracetamol, then you take Paracetamol", only one problem appox. three week wait to see the Doctor. No help!.
