   Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero. Absolutely shocking service. I had blocked ears and pain. Booked an appointment online for a Sunday which was great. When I arrived for my appointment I was told there was no one to see me and to return the next day, just walk in, no appointment needed. I returned for my second visit, was seen,told to use olive oil in my ears and return in 5 days, no appointment needed. I returned for my 3rd visit, 1 ear cleared with suction, a little painful, charged £39.99, I was also sold ear drops £9.99, and told to return a few days later for more drops which will help soften the remaining wax. I collected the remaining drops a few days later £7.99 and told to use them for 5 days then to return to the pharmacy to have the blocked ears cleared at no extra charge. Went to the pharmacy for my 4th visit as requested, told again no one is available to help, and to return 3 days later. Returned for 5th visit, was seen and had suction on the ear, this was very painful, told the guy to stop and left with a blocked ear. I paid again for a professional service in halesowen £55, ears were washed and cleared with no pain. Would not use this pharmacy again for treatment

   So two occasions now I’ve been in for prescriptions for a family member first instant I was told it wasn’t available so I asked the GP to change it to then be told they had got it which was a waste of my time and the doctors then the same has happened today again I’ve gone and got the script changed to be told when I went back the first item was available perhaps some staff training for the staff to save all our time

   This was the only late night pharmacy who had the medication prescribed by A and E. Saleem was very helpful and did comment about the type of antibiotic that had been prescribed, saying it was perhaps not the best thing to be taking - he was absolutely spot in as my daughter received a call from nhs england stansards, following test results, advising her to stop taking them immediately as they would make things worse. Thank you

   The worst pharmacy in Birmingham. All the managers are dopey and also awful customer service. The ask the repeat for us but they always forget to order. Don’t trust them.every day they have new staff and of course no experienced they are. To punish them everybody shout stop going there. Don’t waste your time. When they ask to repeat for you tell them shout up

   Use to be good service and staff, since covid and also when lloyds closed down they are too busy, sometimes put phone off hook which i seen myself in there, otherwise they only answer it once in 20 times. If you are busy why not employ more staff so you can provide a better service?

   Absolutely awful. Part dispense and then wash their hands of the rest of the prescription and refer you back to the doctors and when it’s a 2 hour wait to get through it’s not acceptable. I’m angry but you have failed my 12 year daughter who is really poorly. Absolute disgrace

   Had such a great experience here. Was in agony at night time and was helped immediately with care and great knowledge. I managed to finally have a pain free night and sleep. Really friendly and attentive. Will be my go to chemist!
