   Rude female pharmacist and counter assistant. I came to collect two prescriptions that were not for myself and could automatically feel hostility from both the pharmacist and counter assistant. I was asked when the prescription was sent over and advised I did not know unfortunately, then progressed to be lectured by the counter assistant on how I should know because as I don’t know, I am slowing them down and making their job harder. I remained polite as I was not interested in creating an argument even though I was being treated rudely. I was then asked for the names which I provided but then asked them if they would prefer date of births as that may make it easier to find them on the system, I was brushed off then as they could not find them asked to provide the dates of birth. They told me one prescription was ready and that If I waited they would prepare the next one so I waited. Then I was told 6-7 minutes later that I should come back later as they were working through other prescriptions before the one I came to collect even though nobody else was waiting for a prescription. Completely bizarre and disgusting experience and I had only come here for someone else.

   I would have liked to give a 0 but you can’t. Mostly people are nice here like the pharmacists and the young blonde girl with glasses. She is lovely and friendly. The only rude person I have encountered here ever is the older woman with short dark and grey hair. She is short , plumpish and mostly at the counter. I have seen her be rude to others as well as my own experience for years. It’s time the new company do something about her as the bad reviews are mostly probably because of her. She addressed me with her head rather than say how can I help. When I said I’m here to collect medication she shook her head and asked when it was sent. Why shake your head and start off negative. Why not just be friendly? It takes more effort to be rude so I’m not sure what’s wrong with her but she acts like the village pest. She constantly stares that makes you feel she is waiting for you to not look so she can’ talk about you. She really needs to go somewhere else and be managed effectively. Give her some training and make her realise being like this doesn’t help anyone. She makes your brand look bad and she forgets it’s a healthcare service. People are generally unwell hence entering the pharmacy so stop making it worse! She is a gossip and a nuisance. Sort her out please. To make sure you have the right person she has short hair and she is roundish looking. She has a strong black country accent and she is older maybe in her late 50s or 60s and she is at the counter. Very rude indeed. I don't like adding negative reviews and would have rather say it to her face but I was so angry with the way I was treated I didn’t want to cause an argument. I won’t be using this place again or my family.

   Very rude and imposing assistant not the pharmasist, who questioned why patient was exempt from prescription payment. None of her business its confidential and should not be asking after producing a valid exempt card!!!!!!

   Called beforehand to check if provide a service. Staff member said pharmacist isn’t in, when I attempted to ask when they’d next be in the lady said sorry bye and put down the phone. Rushed and rude. Avoid!

   Went in to collect my 85 yrs. old mom's antibiotic prescription and told an uncertain, unfriendly, unprofessional, manner that it is 48hrs waiting, and then told that she had not even started on the prescriptions. The other lady then told me that the prescription had gone out on today's van delivery. I arrived at my mom's who lives with my sister and her husband and the prescription was already there.... Some people should find a job to which they are more suited, Eg feeding the animals on the zoo, springs to mind though I am sure the animals are better treated and spoken to...
