   I went to this Pharmacy for ear wax removal. Excellent service! The person who helped me Karim if I can recall correctly was very polite and informative. He gave me efficient instructions over the phone before the appointment to avoid unnecessary confusion and wasting time. He showed me my ear with his device that has camera. He was very gentle during the operation and gave me the appropriate post operation instructions. He charged only for the one ear 35£ and even gave me discount. 2 weeks ago I went to a PRIVATE Clinic for ear wax removal were the consultation was 25 £ and for the wax removal would go up to 70. I wouldn’t mind about the price but the lady there had the audacity to look at it and say there was no wax. Overall great experience. HIGHLY recommend if you need Ear wax removal. Thank you Karim! I hope I didn’t ruin your name.

   Excellent pharmacy, attached to Harden Vale Medical Centre whose hours seem to be linked to the Surgery. The staff are friendly and seem very knowledgeable. They are generally attentive and rarely have to queue.

   Not impressed when I am told I don't need to pay for my prescription, only to receive a phone call 10 days later telling me I should have paid for my prescription and I will be subject to a £100 fine if I do not come in next 48 hours to pay. It turns out I was served by a young woman who was on work experience 2 days a week - yet she was not being supervised and could not be identified as someone who was not actually qualified!
