   Appalling service. My father who is 81 went to collect his medication on 08/11 & he wasn't given his prescribed inhaler or a reason as to why he wasn't given it. I called on 10/11 & a woman answered so I asked her why my father wasn't given his inhaler as they'd had the prescription since 04/11. She then went off & when she came back I was informed that they had no stock & didn't know when they would be getting them in adding that I could go and collect the prescription. I was appalled at this & asked her why my father hadn't been told this & given the prescription to use elsewhere?? The response was "he should have been" I pointed out that obviously he wasn't especially as they still had the prescription. She said it wasn't their fault & asked me not to shout because she could shout too so I asked her what she thought my reaction should be when my father had obviously been dismissed & had no inhaler whilst they'd had the prescription for nearly a week?? She just said she was going to end the call because I was rude, I was angry not rude, so I pointed out that I might have been angry but I wasn't an imbecile who hadn't notified a customer that they had none & couldn't get any of their prescription, & not given it back I told her I'd be in to collect the prescription tomorrow & ended the call myself. Admittedly I could have ended the call better but the shear lack of interest & then flippancy made me so angry. The whole attitude was one of "why should we be bothered that an 81 year old had no inhaler & why are you complaining because I've said you can come & collect the prescription to take elsewhere" So I will apologise for my anger tomorrow as but their service is awful & its not acceptable that they don't inform customers that they have & can't get stock for prescriptions so really they deserve no stars!!

   Visited this pharmacy today to get some observations done after being advised to ask at a pharmacy. The lady told me because I’m under 40 I was unable to, however, when I explained why I needed them she said she would ask her higher up. The woman she then asked was extremely rude and stated that they won’t get paid as I haven’t been referred, so no. Very snarky and seemed annoyed she’d even been asked. Discriminatory and unprofessional. I visited a different pharmacy afterwards and they were happy to help.

   If would let me leave zero review I would. This service is awful every thing just seems way too much effort for these guys. First time I went in was for my sons adhd meds I understand I had to show my id as controlled drugs but because I had nothing on me with my address I had to show the blonde hair women my online banking on my phone, if didn’t need the meds I would of not done this as I think this is personal so basically she got to see every thing. How ever I went in today for my sons next lot of meds, the women put the prescription back in my face saying we do not stock these. So I asked if she could order them, took prescription back out my hand and went to see come back with no. In the end I walked out. I got the same exact prescription a month ago from here so what’s the difference now just not helpful at all. To any one reading this there’s a nice little pharmacy in the high street the young lady’s we’re very helpful and nothing to much trouble and ordered my sons prescription with out any hassle, didn’t make me feel like a criminal like Tesco pharmacy did.

   Shocking service had my prescription on 23 Dec and was still not ready on the 30th December. Although one or two of the staff are helpful in the main, they do not smile or behave in a manner that makes you feel like a pest. 4 staff on and all had their backs to the customers, so the queue built up. This has been this way for some time. So not impressed at all.

   Went into pick up my prescription today to be served by the most pow faced person I’ve ever come across! The woman with the long brown hair and glasses, looks around 50 years old, practically through my prescription at me! That’s me ordering my prescription from another pharmacy, she’s well out of order, needs a course in customer service.

   Do not even deserve a 1 star review! Never have your prescription in stock attitude of the staff is appalling that is when they can be bothered to open up on time... advice is to avoid and go to a smaller more professional pharmacy....

   Was very good. They had a good team but now the regular pharmacists have gone. Apparently Tesco are now using agency Muppets (my opinion), they must be cheaper. In my opinion Tesco's are saving money by giving customers an inferior service. I personally would not want to rely on these agency pharmacists for medical advice.

   Went in for a flu jab, woman behind the counter was very rude. Had to answer my security questions by shouting over the music as it was so loud. Got told I didn't have asthma, despite it being a chronic issue I've dealt with for years and having a letter from the NHS with me. So, I would have to pay for my shot, not a problem, I pay for all my medication anyway. I then sat down in the chair and was told I couldn't have a shot in my left arm due to having a tattoo, I've always had injections in my left arm and never heard that one before! Lucky I didn't have tattoos on both arms I suppose! Would recommend you get your medication from elsewhere as you're likely to be lectured on why you're not ill at this pharmacy...
