   Very Unprofessional, Make serious mistakes with serious consequences, Make Very inappropriate jokes about other people, Bad Attitudes and Disrespectful, Also heard some very concerning things that would involve some serious consequences...A Good Pharmacy closed at the top of Windmill Hill, Just to open a bad one at the bottom, Makes No Sense tbh.

   Poor service. I am entitled to a free flu jab and booked an appointment via the NHS Website. I travelled to the appointment to be told that they do not have the correct vaccine for my age group. Surely you would have had my details from the booking system. A call, email or text to inform me of this situation would have been appreciated. Instead, I wasted my time and money travelling there. And, had to wait 24 hours for the NHS booking website to reset before I was able to book an appointment elsewhere!

   Really helpful staff very prompt at phone answering and efficient at ordering prescriptions in. Overall very pleased. My only qwarm (and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5) is that it’s not very accessible at the front if you have a pushchair or wheelchair which I’m really surprised about being a pharmacy - you really could do with a ramp so that it’s accessible to all.
