   A bit surprised by the negative reviews. I've had a repeat prescription from here for about 5 years now & no issues to report.... Apart from the one member of staff who insists on seeing my pre payment number when I'm carrying my son so have to drop him & dig out the email

   I always use this pharmacy but there's often a wait to be served. A new system for prescriptions has been implemented recently, so that may speed up finding things. Pleasant staff though.

   Lovely staff but service is poor. 8 minutes before I was acknowledged then usual wait for prescription. I have worked in a busy chemist's and surely it would be beneficial to have one person constantly moving the people in the shop. One person problem solving and the rest putting up prescriptions. Watched other customers while I waited and was clear to see disorganisation in all areas, other customers were clearly unhappy too. One member of staff eventually comes out then spends ages sorting that customer, in the mean time others are left waiting. Can take 10mins to just buy a pack of paracetamol.

   I have given 1 star when there should be none! What on earth has happened to Murray’s? They used to be so good, now they are dreadful. Halesowen Cornbow closes in the morning whilst they mess around inside, they never answer the phone and they’re delivery service takes over a week!!! My personal experience happened with Thornhill Road where they delivered 2 packs of my medication and a pack for a prescription done on the following day. The problem was that the 2 items came from one prescription which contained 8 items so I phoned to ask why. On the 48th call a lady answered and explained that they were awaiting one of my items!!! I called at the chemist only to be told that was not the case and they made a mistake not delivering. Then proceeded to tell me that it takes 2 days to get prescription from the doctor, again a lie as my prescription was ordered one day and then processed date on my tablets was next day. How can we believe these people, they are supposed to help us, if they want to stay as part of the community then they had better up their game as I have heard bad reports from lots of people about both pharmacies.

   Very friendly sociable group of pharmacists, they tend to remember you when you go in and always try to get prescriptions in as soon as possible, we've really appreciated them as Foster parents and the fact they are so close to our local doctors is a big bonus
